Terms of Service

Last updated 7 November 2026. These terms govern your use of Transilex.

Agreement

  • By accessing the Transilex website or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you use Transilex on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

The service

  • Transilex provides software for airport transfer and tour operations, including booking, dispatch, fleet, pricing, billing and related features depending on your plan.
  • We may update features over time. Material reductions to paid plan capabilities will be communicated in advance where practicable.

Accounts & acceptable use

  • You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your workspace.
  • You may not misuse the service (including probing for vulnerabilities without permission, reverse engineering beyond legally permitted limits, or uploading unlawful content).
  • You must have appropriate rights to any passenger, driver or partner data you store in Transilex.

Plans, trials & billing

  • Free, trial and paid plan limits are described on the Pricing page and in-product. Free includes 1 user and 1 vehicle; Professional includes a 15-day free trial.
  • Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled. Enterprise may use custom invoicing and SLAs.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a written Enterprise agreement.

Your data

  • You retain ownership of the operational data you submit.
  • You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display that data solely to provide and improve the service.
  • You can export your data while your account is active. After closure we delete or anonymise data according to our retention practices, except where retention is legally required.

Disclaimers & liability

  • The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Flight data and third-party integrations depend on external providers.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Transilex is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits arising from use of the service.
  • Our aggregate liability for paid plans is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Termination

  • You may stop using Transilex and cancel at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or pose a security or legal risk.

Staff mobile app

  • The Epic Transfers & Tours mobile app is Transilex software for operator staff: drivers, operations, and management.
  • Only staff accounts may use it. Precise location is collected only when a driver turns location sharing on, and only while the app is in use.
  • These terms and the privacy notice at https://www.transilex.com/privacy/epic-transfers apply to that app.
